Outstanding quality and fit. Beautiful and the fur is soft. Even better, when they received my order and we discovered my home state doesn't allow shipping fur there, the customer service gentleman shipped it to me the next day while I was on a New York business trip. They are so wonderful I bought two colors!

I’m happy to have another pair of mink earmuffs. My first pair were run over—they didn’t break they were irretrievably mangled. This new pair are a fine replacement though it does feel like the mink on the ear piece is attached to a rough-cut circle. It feels a little unnatural when I use both hands to slide them over my head, as you would with large earphones. This is why I gave it four stars vs five.

These mink earmuffs are perfect. A great value for the money. The fur is beautiful and glossy, smooth and not at all ragged or uneven, especially on the headband, like many earmuffs I've found in dept. stores. I like the somewhat thicker fur band; it looks a bit dressier. The high-quality workmanship of the earmuffs is quite evident. (I"ve shopped many times for earmuffs and these are the best) I've worn the earmuffs for more than 2 hours at a time and they still feel comfortable, not too tight. I especially appreciate that the two clips holding the "ears" to the band are covered, so that there's no sharp edge! I'll definitely purchase from this store again.
